Description Youth Crisis Center Clinician Location: Nampa, Idaho Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $27–$28/hour Sign on Bonus: $1,000 Date Posted: 8/16/2024 About The Role When youth experience a behavioral health crisis, theyrequirefocused, compassionate, and skilled support. As a Youth Crisis Center Clinician, you will provide crisis stabilization and therapeutic intervention to youth in immediate behavioral healthneed. Your role centers on building healthy relationships, teachingcopingand social skills, providing assessments, delivering counseling, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure stabilization and safe discharge planning. This position includes completing initial assessments, providing crisis counseling,facilitatingindividual, group, and family sessions, coordinating with service providers,maintainingtimelydocumentation, using de-escalation techniques, andidentifyingdischarge goals. You will work closely with a supportive crisis team dedicated to rapid stabilization and youth safety.
