Nitsuj Martial Arts is looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial candidate for our Build First, Buy Later Program. This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in potentially owning a Nitsuj Martial Arts franchise in the future, but who wants to learn the business and help build the territory before making that investment. Unlike traditional franchise opportunities where individuals are expected to invest first and figure everything out later, we do the opposite. We help build the territory, develop local partnerships, launch classes, grow enrollment, and train you in the systems that have helped us grow successfully. Candidates will initially be hired and compensated as employees while learning the business and helping grow the territory. As the territory becomes established and reaches agreed upon growth goals, there may be an opportunity to transition into franchise ownership of an already operating business. This position involves teaching children’s martial arts classes primarily for ages 3 to 5, along with some classes for children up to age 12, at daycare centers, schools, and community locations. Martial arts experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. The most important qualifications are being energetic, positive, reliable, and great with young children, especially ages 3 to 5. This position is ideal for someone who is interested not only in teaching children's classes, but also potentially growing into future ownership opportunities with Nitsuj Martial Arts. Responsibilities may include Teaching children’s martial arts classes Assisting with trial classes and student enrollment Building relationships with local childcare centers and schools Learning business operations, scheduling, and program development Working directly with Founder and CEO Justin Leary Ideal candidates are: Great with young children Entrepreneurial and self motivated Interested in eventually owning a franchise and building a successful business Reliable, professional, and energetic This is not a requirement to purchase a franchise.
