What You’ll Do As a YOUTH-Peer Support Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting young individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. Your responsibilities will include Building meaningful relationships with youth by providing guidance, understanding, and encouragement. Sharing your personal experiences to inspire and empower others. Assisting youth in setting goals and developing strategies to achieve them. Facilitating group discussions and activities to promote peer-to-peer support. Collaborating with the Connected Crew team to create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
