Recognition 2024 Top Workplace Award - The Minnesota Star Tribune 2025 Top 200 Workplace Award - The Minnesota Star Tribune WHAT YOU GET $21 per hour ($17 while in training) Tier 1 Availability - 15-19 sessions each week (10 - 13 hours/week) Tier 2 Availability - 20-34 session each week, Mileage reimbursement up to $75/month, Health insurance contribution up to $75/month, 6 days PTO accrual and CPR Certification (14 - 22 hours/week) Tier 3 Availability - 35+ session each week, Mileage reimbursement up to $150/month, Health insurance contribution up to $150/month, 10 days PTO accrual and CPR Certification (22 - 25 hours/week) WHAT YOU NEED Must be at least 18 years of age Your own reliable transportation Valid driver’s license Passion for positively impacting young children Available on a consistent, weekly basis THE DETAILS: We operate all year-round conducting sessions at childcare centers, recreation centers, public parks, soccer clubs, and elementary schools.
