JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a dedicated
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Help with mobility and ensure residents are safe and comfortable during transfers.
- Document care provided and any changes in residents’ conditions in accordance with facility policies.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families.
- Assist with infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with nursing staff to create and implement care plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fresh or newly licensed CNAs are welcome
- Experienced CNA is preferred
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care/senior care is a plus
- Valid and active CNA license in the state of California
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and their families.
